Product Details
Additional features:
A number of additional aspects of Concorde have been modelled in detail using a whole range of resources.
Included utilities:
Four utilities are provided, including a Concorde Load Manager, Concorde Takeoff Calculator, Concorde Fleet Manager, and Concorde Texture Installer.
- Concorde Load Manager :-

The Concorde Load manager allows the selection of pre-defined loads and fuel distribution to load the aircraft with. Using the maximum 11 fuel tanks available in Microsoft Flight Simulator, this utility makes it much easier to adjust the start-up fuel load than the default fuel menu within Flight Simulator.
- Concorde Takeoff Calculator :-

Using real world takeoff performance tables, this calculator will compute various performance information for departure. All outputs are written to the simulator and set on the instruments. The Takeoff Performance Form can also be viewed from within the Cockpit. The latest weather for the departure airfield can also be collected when using ActiveSky.
- Concorde Fleet Manager :-

Both the complete Air France and British Airways fleets are available in 32Bit and DXT3 textures. This utility allows the user to install any number of aircraft from both fleets.
- Concorde Livery Installer :-

User Repaints can be download via our Downloads page and imported using this utility. Users then may select which options they prefer to use.
Performance model:
With help from a whole range of Concorde Pilots, Test Pilots and Flight Performance Managers, our Concorde Flight Model operates within a narrow margin of performance specifications. Utilizing all available fuel tanks in Flight Simulator, Concorde's 13 fuel tanks realistically recreate the unique requirements to keep the aircraft trimmed in all flight regimes. Predefined loads are available for selection, calculated using complex worksheets to ensure that the aircraft Mass and Balance is suitable for supersonic flight.

Sound set:
Developed from scratch using recordings from internal and external sources, our sound set is a superb representation of what a Concorde used to sound like! We’ve taken recordings whilst airside, on board and within the training simulators and then developed and enhanced the sounds digitally using synthesizers. Experience the roar on takeoff as the afterburners kick in, the wind noise fading out as the visor is raised and all the bells and whistles which accompany the many systems on the flight deck.
